STEWARDS REPORTS - ASCOT 22nd November  TRACK: GOOD   RAIL TRUE

1.INARTICULATE when questioned rider advised that the gelding was under pressure from the 400m and failed to run on. Trainer advised that the gelding would now be spelled. COMIC HERO veered outwards on jumping. LEXICON GOLD over the final 200m had an inclination to lay inwards. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be showing signs of lameness in the off hind. Trainer was advised that the gelding would require a Veterinary Certificate of Soundness prior to racing or trialling again. PARC D'AMOUR bumped and inconvenienced shortly after the start. CALLER ONE had difficulty in obtaining a clear passage over the final 100m. STORM CLOSURE over-raced near the 1200m

2. BRONZE BULLET bumped leaving the 200m. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be lame in the off fore. Trainer advised that the gelding would now be sent for a spell. DON'TROCKTHEBOAT bumped at the 700m. SPLENDID SUN over-raced in the middle stages. WIZARDS POINT commenced awkwardly. Commenced to over-race in the middle stages when the pace slackened. Held up until the 150m. XAARAVID bumped leaving the 200m. INITIAL OUTCOME scrambled behind on jumping. Raced wide from the 600m. NURSE BETTY raced keenly after being steadied passing the 800m. IMPRESSIVE JEUNEY commenced awkwardly. Over-raced in the middle stages. Bumped at the 700m. ROSE OF MAY slow into stride

3.RONNIE following the poor performance, Trainer advised that he would have the gelding undergo a Veterinary examination on return to the stables and advise Stewards of his future intentions. OBSERVATION when questioned regarding the performance, rider explained that on reflection the gelding was not suited to what he interpreted as the muddling pace. CAN'T WAIT mis-strode at the crossing at the 1800m. Attempted to jump the crossing at the 1600m with its rider becoming unbalanced. GAMBERO commenced awkwardly. Raced wide from the 700m. THE PUDGE brushed the barrier on jumping with the rider losing his off side spur

4. I COMMAND returned with a minor laceration to the near hind fetlock. SUPERSCENIC slow to begin. Held up on straightening until near the 125m. DESIARNEZ commenced awkwardly. Raced wide from the 500m

5. REVOLITION over-raced in the early and middle stages. Bumped on several occasions near the 800m. SHEENASAIDGREY saddle slipped forward at the 800m placing its rider in extreme difficulty and took no further part in the event. DESTINO lay outwards from the 500m. TIMEOUS bumped shortly after the start. Over-raced in the early and middle stages. Bumped on several occasions near the 800m. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have a laceration and to be lame in the near hind. Trainer was advised that the gelding would require a Veterinary Certificate of Soundness prior to racing or trialling again. LET'S GO SECRET crowded passing the 100m. MOST SECRETIVE raced keenly for some distance leaving the 800m. Held up from on straightening until passing the 300m. OUR LARRIKIN lay outwards under pressure in the straight. REDFORD slow to begin. Raced keenly for some distance leaving the 600m

6. APACHE MAK bumped heavily and unbalanced at the start. Bumped at the 225m. FUN SPICE tightened when over-racing near the 1200m and then dipped from the heels of another runner. Bumped passing the 1100m. FOREVER GENEROUS bumped at the start. Raced wide throughout. CARDINAL REIGN bumped passing the1100m. ALMOHAD jumped awkwardly and bumped. SIMONTIME threw its head in the air and lost ground at the start. Raced keenly in the middle stages and raced in restricted room approaching the 600m. Bumped at the 225m. BENTONIAN had difficulty negotiating the 1200m turn and as a result shifted outwards and raced wide for the remainder of the event. Due to the gelding's racing manner, Trainer was advised that it would have to trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards before racing again. Trainer advised that it was his intention to remove the blinkers from the gelding in an effort to improve its tractability. EXQUISITE TIMING jumped awkwardly. GOOD ANSWER jumped awkwardly and bumped becoming unbalanced at the start. ANY NEWS WARDEN crowded for room and bumped at the start

7.SNIPER'S BULLET held up from on straightening until the 150m. FAMOUS ROMAN raced wide from the 1000m. GILDED VENOM steadied approaching the 1200m. PILLAR OF HERCULES when being steadied approaching the 1000m threw its head and raced ungenerously for a short distance. GRAND NIRVANA raced wide from the 1000m

8. MIKALDICO lay outwards under pressure over the final 100m. SENTENZA lay inwards passing the 200m and again approaching the 100m. UPGRADE held up behind a tiring runner from the 600m until shortly after straightening. ETERNAL POWER raced wide in the early and middle stages. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. LAMBTON CASTLE raced in restricted room passing the 400m. STAR ENCOUNTER raced wide throughout. ZAMBANE a post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have ruptured its near fore tendon and was subsequently euthanased

 9.COMMEMORATING bumped shortly after the start. Returned having bled from both nostrils during running. As the gelding had bled previously Trainer was advised under ARR.53A that all present and future nominations for the gelding would now be refused. TUAREG trainer advised that the gelding would now be retired. SECRET ENIGMA steadied from heels and lost ground passing the 600m. BEALAIR raced wide throughout. LOVELY LUCY bumped shortly after the start. Lay outwards when racing keenly passing the 600m and restrained as a result. MANAHATN commenced awkwardly. Raced wide on straightening. CLASSOFHEROWN over-raced in the middle stages
